The title pretty much says it all.

Of course you still need a license for the guest operating system. Now you can use Virtual PC to create images and VMWare Player to run them.

Ok – So there is a better utility out the to manage the caps lock and other keys. It is called KeyTweak (Thanks Alan and Max). KeyTweak gives you a nice GUI and helps you remap any key to any other – Including those odd keys (Like forward and back). After you make your changes you need to reboot and you are good to go.
