AVI2DVD

Did you ever get an AVI file that was really great that you wanted to share with your less tech savy cousin? AVI2DVD lets you convert that AVI to a DVD format. AVI2DVD generates files or an ISO image. Just burn the ISO (of course you need a DVD burner) and you can watch the Video on a set top DVD player.

It is a great Freeware program. The UI is pretty straight forward. The only downside is that it takes a REALLY LONG time to convert the AVI file to a DVD.

You can download the program from: http://www.trustfm.net/divx/SoftwareAvi2Dvd.html

This is absolutely terrible. I spent 2 hours converting it and the audio came out garbled. I tried the other choice and it took 4 hours and the audio was a little bit better but still terrible.
I wouldl ook for another source to use.

Results will vary based on the codecs used to encode the video.
