		<description>I installed Foxit 3.0 and find that it does support Hebrew file names. Now I am a happy camper—I can use Foxit instead of the bloated A---e Reader.</description>

		<description>That is odd. I tried opening files on my system and it works fine. You might need to check your Regional and Language options to ensure that you are using Hebrew as your language for non Unicode programs.</description>
